Gift wrapping and packaging

All items come packaged in a mesh pouch for keeping your jewelry in when you aren't wearing it. Please leave a note if you need more than one mesh pouch per order. All orders shipped in a bubble mailer envelope. Gift wrapping and gift messages are available as well - please pay for gift wrap at checkout or your order will NOT come in gift wrapping.

Care instructions

- Avoid contact with any moisture if possible - water, sweat, perfume & other chemicals
- Take off jewelry when exercising, sleeping, swimming, etc.
- Wearing jewelry every day will increase likelihood of tarnishing

Because all of the items I sell can be worn, they are all final sale. Please email me (sarahndipityjewelry@gmail.com) if you believe you made an order in error or if there is a problem with your order. I will always work with you to make sure you are as happy as possible!

Sizing details

All beaded bracelets are made to order. Size customization is available free of charge. If you'd like a specific size just leave the request in the personalization section at checkout. If no size is specified, your bracelet will be made to the standard 7" sizing.

If you have received your bracelet and would like to adjust the sizing, please purchase the "Bracelet Resize" listing to start the resize process:

I will message you with details on how to ship your items back to me to be resized. This listing covers the shipping costs back to you. You are responsible for the costs shipping the items back to me.

Wrong Address/Lost Packages

Please double check your information when checking out. Your order will be shipped to the address you entered. I am not responsible for packages being delivered to the wrong address entered at checkout. If you feel that you have a lost or stolen package, please contact your local post office for more information:

Bracelet Restring

If your bracelet has broken in transit or within 30 days of delivery to you I will replace it free of charge - message me for more details! If your bracelet has broken beyond the 30 days and you have the beads, you can ship it back to me to have it restrung (buyer pays shipping both ways).
